We're looking for a highly experienced Fire & Security Team Leader to support engineers and oversee service delivery across the North West. You'll bring strong technical knowledge, a practical approach and the confidence to keep things running smoothly. If you're a bit of a wizard with fire and security systems, even better! Experience and skills At least 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry, ideally with an NSI Gold accredited company. Strong knowledge of servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of fire and security systems, including remote monitoring. Experience with systems from manufacturers such as Honeywell, Menvier, Texecom, Paxton, C-TEC, Advanced, Morley, Hikvision and Galaxy. Able to work independently, make sound decisions under pressure and support colleagues as part of a team. Good communication, organisation and planning skills, with a customer-focused approach. Full, clean driving licence and willingness to join a 24-hour call-out rota. Able to meet the required security screening checks, including BS 7858, DBS and police checks. Key responsibilities Help oversee the smooth running of the service area across the North West. Support engineers and deliver a first-class service to customers. Communicate outstanding issues promptly to the line manager or supervisor. Manage revisits effectively and help keep them to a minimum. Oversee vehicle stock control and ensure job sheets and audit paperwork are completed accurately. Follow company health and safety policies and represent the company professionally. Package Basic salary up to £45,000, depending on experience. Door-to-door travel pay. Overtime and a 1-in-6 call-out rota, offering additional earning potential. 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by one day per year of service up to 25 days; negotiable.
