The role involves:

  • Project manage construction and upgrade projects with multiple system types.
  • Responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Responsible for the engineering team/subcontractors working.
  • Assist with installation of CCTV analogue and IP, access control, intruder alarms, and fire systems when required.
  • Accurate completion of documentation, timesheets, and submission of job reports.
  • Ensuring installations of systems are of a high standard.
  • Working to safe health and safety practices and completion of health and safety audits.
  • Always provide a premium service to customers.
  • Completion of training courses to improve knowledge and performance.

Key experience / qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a project manager within the security industry.
  • Working knowledge of NSI standards.
  • Good understanding of access control, intruder, IP and analogue CCTV, fire alarms.
  • Ability to read, interpret and work to a programme of works.
  • Keen interest in technology, with the ability to identify and deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve problems.
  • Team player with ambition and a willingness to learn new technologies and procedures.
  • ECS (CSCS) card.
  • Willingness to work towards SMSTS/Prince2.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Good Microsoft Office 365 and general IT skills.
