Tasks would include:
- Scheduling in PPM inspections across 12 sites
- Logging faults and scheduling partners to attend
- Creating service replacement quotations
- Administering the notifications on the CEMAR Portal
- Attending meetings on teams with sites and working with the service manager in delivering actions and updates
- Tracking quotes and associated touch points, be that internal or external
- Support for the sites-based engineers
- Raising Purchase Orders to goods and services
- Occasional site visit but rare
- Filing invoices, timesheets etc.
- Must be very well organized with the ability to work on multiple threads or multi-task
- Prompt email responses required
- Telephone usage is less as the customer tends to channel communications through email or CEMAR

- Able to work alone with self-discipline
