Job Description
Tasks would include:\\n\\n * Scheduling in PPM inspections across 12 sites\\n\\n * Logging faults and scheduling partners to attend.\\n\\n * Creating service replacement quotations\\n\\n * Administering the notifications on the CEMAR Portal\\n\\n * Attending meetings on teams with sites and working with the service manager in delivering actions and updates\\n\\n * Tracking quotes and associated touch points, be that internal or external\\n\\n * Support for the sites-based engineers\\n\\n * Raising Purchase Orders to good and services\\n\\n * Occasional site visit but rare.\\n\\n * Filing invoices, timesheets ect.\\n\\n * Must be very well organized with the ability to work on multiple threads or multi task.\\n\\n * Prompt email responses required\\n\\n * Telephone usage is less as the customer tends to channel comms through email or CEMAR\\n\\n * Enthusiastic and a positive person in general\\n\\n * Able to work alone with self-discipline
