Project Manager - Fire Systems | Oxford (OX Postcode & Surrounding Areas)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-value Fire Systems and Nurse Call installation project in Oxford on behalf of a Tier One contractor. This fixed-term role (18-24 months) will see you manage a £3m
project for a major healthcare site, working closely with Laing O'Rourke and local subcontractors.
Role Overview:
  • Oversee Fire Systems and Nurse Call installation across a large healthcare project.
  • Manage subcontractors on the ground, ensuring project flow from January.
  • Use Asite portals for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
  • Ensure all works comply with health & safety, quality, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners under local supply agreements.
  • Full-time site-based role, managing day-to-day delivery and reporting progress.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale Fire Systems projects (£3m+).
  • Background with Tier One contractors (experience with Laing O'Rourke highly desirable).
  • SMSTS qualified, with strong site management skills.
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
  • Fire Systems expert with healthcare or large commercial project exposure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Package:
  • Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
  • Car allowance: £5,400 - £6,000
  • Fixed-term: 18-24 months
  • Location: Oxford (OX Postcode & surrounding area)
