- Ability to lead a small team of engineers and mentor junior staff
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Capable of attending client/site meetings and providing technical updates
- Level 3 qualification in fire alarm systems

- Full UK Driving Licence
