- Competent with cause-and-effect testing, loop load calculations, and integration with other systems
- Proficiency in using commissioning software tools and configuring control panels
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, consultants, and end-users
- Ability to lead a small team of engineers and mentor junior staff
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
