A well-established engineering-led business operating within the security and technology sector is seeking to appoint a General Manager to support the continued growth and development of the organisation. This is a newly created position designed to strengthen day-to-day operational performance, improve consistency across delivery functions, and allow senior leadership to focus on strategic growth and business development.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, the General Manager will take responsibility for the coordination of daily operations across installation, service, and project delivery teams. The successful candidate will ensure resources are effectively managed, workloads are prioritised, operational standards are maintained, and teams are aligned to deliver high levels of service to clients. Key Responsibilities
