£32-£35,000 North West London Training & Support Experienced Sales and Lettings Property Administrator is needed for this ever-expanding residential Estate Agency in North West London. Must have worked within an Estate Agency preferably within Sales and Lettings or either or, on the administration side. You will be dealing with AML docs, ID’s from both the sellers and buyers, dealing with Solicitors verifying documents, Land registry checks, Floor plans, Photos, prepare property details, update property portals, deal with property lists, window cards, mail outs, and be highly organised and efficient with excellent spelling and grammar. The successful person must be someone who is interested in the property industry and wants to learn and progress, someone who can use their initiative in a confident and professional way liaising with people at all levels, making their own decisions independently and as part of a team.
