We’re looking for an entrepreneurial mid-level associate lawyer (3–5 years PQE) with a strong background advising on and project managing:
- M&A
- Corporate / legal structuring and entity rationalisation
- Corporate governance and compliance
- Other corporate legal projects
You’ll be supporting cross-functional teams to deliver complex corporate initiatives whilst mitigating legal risks including by ensuring alignment with regulatory and strategic objectives.
✅ What You’ll Bring:
- UK-qualified solicitor with experience in corporate law
- Proven experience working on M&A transactions end-to-end
- Strong understanding of corporate structures and governance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal workstreams

📍 Location: UK-Based, Hybrid. Can be largely remote &/or in our London offices with occasional visits to client offices

Remuneration: Salary to attract based on experience includes paid leave for 27 days per annum + all Bank Holidays; Bonus; Pension; Health + Life Insurance; Learning & Development / CPE.
