We’re currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join Complete Prime Residential on a maternity leave cover basis at our Birmingham office. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ property management experience who is confident managing a portfolio and enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative team environment.

The role:

  • Maternity leave cover (9–12 months)
  • Start date: End of March / Early April
  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Hybrid working – 4 days office / 1 day WFH
  • Salary: £28,000 per annum
  • We’re also open to discussing a 4-day working week or reduced hours, depending on individual circumstances.

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing day-to-day property matters
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
