We are seeking a talented and motivated Bathroom & Kitchen Designer to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role will involve managing existing and new design projects, working closely with clients from concept through to completion ensuring a high standard of design service and project coordination during the cover period, with potential extension.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and budgets
- Design functional and visually appealing kitchen and bathroom layouts
- Produce detailed plans, elevations, and 3D visuals using design software
- Specify cabinetry, worktops, appliances, tiles, and finishes
- Prepare quotations, specifications, and design documentation
- Present design proposals clearly and professionally to clients
- Manage design revisions and approvals
- Liaise with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate project records and follow up on timelines
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the design process
- Experience in kitchen and bathroom design to a high standard
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to collaborate with our customers effectively
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work within deadlines
- Ability to use design software (minimum of 2 years experience needed but training will be given)
- Professional attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Full Driving licence and access to own car
