Your key responsibilities will be:

Personal Care

β€’ Support with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet

β€’ Assist with mobility and safe transfers in and out of beds etc

β€’ Use of mobility aids when required

Health & Medication Support

β€’ Assist with medication: administration or reminders as prescribed

β€’ Support with feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration

Emotional & Social Support

β€’ Encourage social interaction and help clients stay connected with loved ones

β€’ Provide reassurance and emotional wellbeing

Domestic Assistance

β€’ Help with light household tasks including; cleaning, laundry and meal prep

β€’ Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Communication & Documentation

β€’ Record and report changes in health, mood, or behaviour

β€’ Communicate clearly with family members, healthcare professionals, and other team members

Personal Advocacy

β€’ Empower individuals to make choices and decisions about their care

β€’ Ensure clients rights and dignity are upheld at all times

What Were Looking For

Experience: Previous care experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.

Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.

Drivers License: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.

Access NI enhanced disclosure check will be performed for the post- We adhere to the Access NI code of practice.
