About the Role

Complete Fixing Solutions is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

You will play a key role in supporting the administration function, ensuring processes run smoothly and deadlines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing weekly timesheets from Monday to Wednesday.
  • Raising and managing purchase orders.
  • Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
  • Reconciling invoices.
  • Updating records using Sage and internal systems.
  • Processing new starter documentation.
  • Maintaining both digital and paper personnel files.
  • Supporting team members across departments.
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed within set deadlines.
  • Updating company documents and records.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties as required.
