We are on the lookout for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the U.K's leading retirement villages.
The role will involve carrying out non-technical repairs and minor PPM&'s. You will also assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various sites within Cambridge, Essex and South London.
Key Responsibilities – Mobile Maintenance Engineer
- Assist other Engineers with any major or minor maintenance work.
- Complete all necessary PPM's and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and as required.
- Responding promptly and positively to service call requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary.
- Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
- Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.
Qualifications & Experience – Mobile Maintenance Engineer
- Technical Ability Electrical and Mechanical (Training given to bridge gaps in knowledge with supplier training).
- Previous experience in building maintenance within a commercial / retail environment prefered.
On Offer – Mobile Maintenance Engineer
- £26-30k Dependant on experience.
- A fully expensed company van with personal use.
- Specialised Tools, Uniform and PPE provided.
- Travel time paid after half hour each way
