Complete Education Solutions builds software used by schools, nurseries, clubs and coaches across the UK. Our products; iPAL (childcare & club booking) and iPEP (PE lesson planning & assessment) remove admin burden so educators can spend more time supporting children and young people. We’re a growing, friendly team with in-house marketing and design, and a strong reputation in the education sector.

This is a full cycle B2B sales role, managing a mix of inbound leads generated by marketing and your own outbound activity. You’ll run product demos, manage opportunities through to close, and work closely with marketing, design and onboarding to deliver a great customer experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and closing opportunities across schools, nurseries, clubs and coaching organisations
  • Handling inbound leads from marketing campaigns alongside outbound prospecting
  • Delivering engaging live demos of iPAL and iPEP to decision-makers
  • Managing the full sales cycle: qualification, proposals, closing and handover
  • Working with marketing and design on presentations, case studies and sales materials
  • Attending exhibitions, conferences and networking events (weekday only)
  • Keeping CRM records up to date and forecasting pipeline accurately
  • Feeding customer insight and market feedback back into product and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Confident running demos and sales conversations with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting as part of a balanced sales role
  • Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
  • 2–5 years B2B sales experience (SaaS, EdTech, education or childcare a bonus)
  • Experience selling into schools, early years or sports/coaching organisations
  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience
  • Understanding of the education or childcare sector
