The Role

  • Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and social, emotional & behavioural needs.
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to encourage engagement and learning.
  • Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
  • Helping with classroom management and adapting resources to meet individual needs.
