Complete Classroom Services is seeking accomplished Senior Administrative Assistants to provide high-level operational and administrative support within busy school offices across Ealing and surrounding areas. Core Responsibilities (Senior-Level Focus)
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day administrative operations within the school office
- Act as a key point of contact for Senior Leadership Teams, providing strategic administrative support
- Oversee front‑of‑house operations, ensuring a professional and efficient reception service
- Take responsibility for the management and accuracy of student data systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)
- Coordinate internal communications, ensuring effective information flow across departments
- Monitor attendance data, produce reports, and support interventions where required
- Manage school calendars, meetings, and large‑scale events, ensuring smooth coordination
- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and school policies
Advanced Duties
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior administrative staff
- Lead on admissions processes, including data accuracy and compliance checks
- Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and documentation for senior leaders and external bodies
- Support HR administration, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and staff record management
- Assist with audit and inspection preparation (e.g. Ofsted readiness)
- Maintain and improve administrative systems and processes to increase efficiency
- Liaise confidently with external agencies, local authorities, and parents
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a senior administrative role within a school setting (essential)
- Strong expertise in school MIS systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)
- Proven ability to manage administrative functions and support leadership teams
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and multitasking skills
- High level of IT proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
