We are seeking aPremises manager to work in a Primary School based in Greenhithe. The role is full time, all year round and starting in the new year. The school are looking for somebody to manage the premises on a split shift, please see below for further details. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of school buildings and grounds. Performing and overseeing general maintenance and repairs. Supporting with setting up facilities for school events. Managing deliveries and school resources. Conducting routine health and safety checks. Requirements: Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role in a School. Split shift 6:30am 10:30am return for 2:30pm 6:30pm A proactive and flexible approach to work.
