Complete Classroom Services are seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive all-through SEND school in Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HLTA who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and is confident working across a range of age groups and abilities.

About the Role:

  • Delivering targeted interventions and supporting pupil progress
  • Assisting with the implementation and review of EHCP targets
  • Supporting students with a range of SEND needs across the school
  • Managing and supporting multiple pupils within classroom and intervention settings
  • Recording and reporting incidents, observations and progress using CPOMS
  • Adapting support strategies to meet individual pupil needs and emotional regulation requirements
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists and the wider SEND team
