Cover Supervisor

• Supervising students across various subjects, following the lesson plans provided by teachers.

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring that school policies are adhered to.

• Supporting students with any questions or clarifications related to their work.

• Ensuring a safe and productive learning atmosphere for all students.

As a Cover Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes during the absence of the regular teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged in their work and maintaining a positive learning environment. While no formal teaching qualifications are required, candidates must have a strong understanding of classroom management and excellent communication skills., * Experience working with secondary school-aged children is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.

• Confident in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining order.

• Flexible, organised, and able to adapt quickly to different classroom environments.

• Full-time position with immediate start.
