About the Role
Complete Classroom Services is recruiting a dedicated and dependable School Caretaker to join a welcoming school in Southwark. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the school site, carrying out routine maintenance tasks, assisting with health and safety procedures, and ensuring facilities are ready for daily use by pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of classrooms, corridors, communal areas, and external spaces
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks including painting, furniture repairs, changing light fittings, and minor plumbing repairs
- Ensure school entrances, pathways, and outdoor areas are kept clean, safe, and free from hazards
- Prepare halls, classrooms, and meeting spaces for school events, examinations, assemblies, and parent meetings
