Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? Do you have a genuine interest in hearing impairment, communication, and inclusive education? We’re looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants or Psychology Graduates ready to make a real difference in children’s lives.

About the role:
Our specialist SEN primary school is dedicated to pupils with hearing impairments and complex communication needs. We create a nurturing, language-rich environment that promotes confidence, independence, and lifelong learning. Our commitment to inclusive communication includes providing full British Sign Language (BSL) training up to Level 3 for all staff.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils and teachers to:

· Support children with hearing impairments and/or communication challenges

· Assist in delivering personalised, communication-focused learning plans

· Use or learn British Sign Language (BSL) to support access to learning

· Foster emotional and social development through positive relationships

We’re Looking For:

· Psychology graduates or individuals with experience/interest in SEN

· A strong desire to learn and grow professionally

· Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm

· A team player ready to embrace training and guidance

· Commitment to inclusive and child-centred learning
