Job Title: Senior Office Administrator Location:Croydon Hours: 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday Salary: £120-£140 Per day (depending on experience) Contract: Temporary/Permanent Start Date: ASAP Are you a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator looking for your next challenge? Complete classroom services are seeking a skilled professional to take the lead in managing our busy office and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience and proven knowledge of Bromcom to step into an important and rewarding role. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the daily running of the school office, acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors. * Manage administrative systems including Bromcom to maintain accurate student and staff records. * Support with admissions, attendance, safeguarding records, and reporting. * Supervise office staff and delegate tasks effectively. * Prepare correspondence, reports, and school communications to a high standard. * Handle confidential information in line with school policies and GDPR. * Manage office supplies, budgets, and general resources. * Assist with HR and payroll administration when required. * Liaise with senior leadership to support the smooth running of the school. Skills & Attributes * Strong knowledge of Bromcom (essential). * Proven experience in senior administration or office management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner. * High level of IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email systems, databases). * Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * A proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude. * Understanding of safeguarding and data protection requirements in schools.
