Are you an experienced Premises Manager or Site Supervisor with a strong background in facilities, maintenance, and health & safety?

Complete Classroom Services is working in partnership with multiple schools across Southwark and sotheast London to recruit reliable and skilled Premises Managers for immediate starts.

We are looking for individuals with the ability to take ownership of school sites, ensuring safe, secure, and efficient day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Managing the daily running of the school premises

* Overseeing cleaning, maintenance, security, and site staff

* Conducting regular health & safety checks, risk assessments, and compliance reports

* Coordinating repairs, contractors, and site improvements

* Managing access control and site security systems

* Ensuring all facilities are safe, clean, and fit for purpose

* Supporting school events and emergency situations as required

* Liaising with school leadership and external agencies

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Previous experience as a Premises Manager or Site Supervisor (school experience preferred)

* Good understanding of health & safety, fire safety, COSHH, and safeguarding protocols

* Strong practical skills in general maintenance, DIY, and basic repairs

* Good communication, organisation, and team leadership abilities

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through us)
