Complete Classroom Services are currently working with a coeducational 11-16 secondary school rated “Good” by Ofsted, who are seeking to appoint a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, or individuals with experience working with young people in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise classes across a range of subjects using pre-set work provided by teaching staff
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy
  • Ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
  • Support students with questions relating to the work set
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding behaviour and lesson outcomes
  • Promote safeguarding and student wellbeing at all times
