Complete Classroom Services are seeking a committed and passionate School Chef to join our dedicated team, supporting the nutritional needs of our students in a nurturing and inclusive educational environment. As the School Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals in a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. The school provides a safe and structured setting for pupils with a wide range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. As our Chef, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience that contributes to each student’s wellbeing and readiness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and cook nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements and individual needs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food presentation in line with school and statutory policies.
- Manage kitchen supplies, stock levels and food ordering within budget.
- Work closely with school staff to support any individual dietary or allergy requirements.
- Supervise kitchen assistants (if applicable) and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
