What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and delivery of a curriculum that includesA Level Economics and Business Studies (Edexcel) ,BTEC Level 2 and 3 Business , and theT Level in Management & Administration
- Inspire and support a team of subject teachers to deliver excellent outcomes
- Promote innovative and inclusive teaching practices
- Drive achievement across both academic and vocational routes
- Contribute to whole-school improvement through effective departmental leadership
We’re Looking For
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong academic background in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience teaching both A Level and vocational qualifications at KS5
- A track record of successful team leadership or the ambition and potential to take that next step
- A flexible, collaborative, and innovative approach to teaching and learning
- Commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all students
