The Ideal Candidate * Must hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant childcare or early years course. * Have a genuine passion for working with young children. * Understand the importance of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare. * Demonstrate patience, creativity and excellent communication skills. * Be reliable, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
