Are you a Drama graduate looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching?

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Drama graduates to work asCover Supervisorsin secondary schools acrossSouth East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers or those passionate about education to develop their skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

The Role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom engagement
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students in their learning and ensure a positive classroom atmosphere
• Gain valuable experience in a variety of school settings

What Were Looking For:

• A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in leading a classroom
• A passion for education and working with young people
• Previous experience in a school or working with children is beneficial but not essential
