Complete Classroom Services is currently recruiting a motivated and supportive Learning Support Assistant to work within a primary school in Luton.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and committed to helping pupils develop their confidence, strengthen their learning skills and thrive in the classroom. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive contribution to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils access learning activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour, participation and independence.
• Adapt support to meet pupils' varying abilities and learning requirements.
• Foster a safe, inclusive and encouraging classroom environment.
• Work alongside teaching staff to monitor pupil progress and promote development.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is advantageous.
• A positive, patient and flexible attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, subject to safeguarding requirements.
