Salary (depending on experience and hours worked): £50,000 to £55,000
Hours: 40 - 45 hours per week, including 45 minute paid lunch break.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our warm, welcoming and nurturing nursery. Bramley Wood, our 120 place setting in Bracknell, has a well established management team including an assistant manager, deputy manager and two assistant deputies. Due to progression of the nursery manager within the group, we are looking for a Manager to come and join the team!

Your Main Role and Responsibilities
As a Nursery Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding early years care and education
- Ensure the nursery operates in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Support, develop and motivate staff through strong leadership and guidance
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring high standards of care and safety
- Monitor children’s learning and development to ensure high-quality practice
- Work with the wider leadership team to support the continued growth and success of the nursery
What We Are Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- Previous leadership or management experience within an early years setting
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
