We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our friendly and supportive nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident early years professional ready to lead a room, inspire a team, and make a real impact on children’s early learning experiences.

Your Role
As Room Leader, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running of your room, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Support and mentor your team, driving high-quality practice in line with EYFS
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe, assess and track children’s development to support their individual journeys
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years/Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a Room Leader or senior role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development
