We are looking for a passionate experienced Nursery Manager to join our warm, welcoming, and nurturing nursery. Our children thrive, staff feel valued and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and education, and we are looking for a leader who shares our commitment to excellence and child-centred learning. This role is term time only, 38 weeks per year.

Your main role and responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery
  • Lead and support a dedicated team of early years professionals
  • Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and education are maintained
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Manage administrative tasks including staff rotas, recruitment, and Ofsted compliance

What We Are Looking For

  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and approachable
  • Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
  • Maths L2 or above is now a requirement for this role, however we can support candidates to attain this within 2 years of appointment
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
