We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our warm, welcoming and nurturing nursery. We are offering a choice of 40 or 45 hours per week for our Northumberland setting. £18.76 per hour. 40 hours £39,020 45 hours £43,898.40. Your Main Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding early years care and education
  • Ensure the nursery operates in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
  • Support, develop and motivate staff through strong leadership and guidance
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the nursery ensuring high standards of care and safety
  • Monitor children’s learning and development to ensure high‑quality practice
  • Work with the wider leadership team to support the continued growth and success of the nursery

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
