We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming and nurturing nursery as part of our lunchtime support team. Our children thrive, our staff feel valued, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and education. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and is looking for a part-time position during the middle of the day, supporting our team during busy periods.
Your Main Role and Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences following the EYFS framework
- Support children's development and learning through play
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Assist with daily nursery routines including mealtimes, transitions and outdoor play
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of care and safety
- Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
