We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our warm, welcoming and nurturing nursery. Bramley Wood, our 120 place setting in Bracknell, has a well established management team including an assistant manager, deputy manager and two assistant deputies. Due to progression of the nursery manager within the group, we are looking for a Manager to come and join the team!
40‑45 hours per week, including 45 minute paid lunch break. Salary from £50,000 to £55,000 - depending on experience.

Your Main Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding early years care and education.
- Ensure the nursery operates in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- Support, develop and motivate staff through strong leadership and guidance.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the nursery ensuring high standards of care and safety.
- Monitor children’s learning and development to ensure high‑quality practice.
- Work with the wider leadership team to support the continued growth and success of the nursery.

- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
