Your main role and responsibilities will be to:
- Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations
- Help lead and develop a team of enthusiastic practitioners
- Ensure compliance with all Ofsted, safeguarding, and EYFS standards
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Step up as acting Manager when required
What Weβre Looking For:
- Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years
- At least 1 years experience in a supervisory or Third in Charge role within a nursery setting
- Confident in implementing the EYFS and managing safeguarding practices
- Organised, motivated, and a great communicator
- Committed to creating a positive, supportive learning environment
