Are you passionate about working with children and looking to start or grow your career in early years? We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our warm, welcoming and nurturing nursery. Our children thrive, our staff feel valued, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and education. Our Den nursery opens Term Time Only. Whether you are beginning your journey in childcare or already have some experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you can learn, grow and develop your career in early years.
Your Main Role and Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences following the EYFS framework
- Assist practitioners in supporting children's development and learning through play
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Support daily nursery routines including play, mealtimes and outdoor learning
- Help maintain high standards of care, hygiene and safety within the nursery
- Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
