We are looking for a motivated and reliable Facilities Maintenance individual to support the upkeep, safety, and smooth operation of our Nursery Settings. This is a varied, hands‑on role ideal for someone practical, proactive, and keen to learn. You will be part of a supportive facilities team ensuring our environments remain safe, welcoming, and fully operational for children and staff. We provide a fully costed van and full training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs across multiple nursery sites
  • Respond to maintenance requests and prioritise urgent issues
  • Maintain safe, clean and secure working environments
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and report issues to the Facilities Manager
  • Assist with site set‑ups, moves, and small installation projects

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence needed.
  • Practical DIY or maintenance ability and previous experience is desirable.
  • Reliable, punctual and organised
  • Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
  • Motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
