We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our fantastic nursery within an established and friendly team.

Your main role and responsibilities will be to:

  • Deliver outstanding care and education to children, meeting the highest standards.
  • Plan and implement activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring observations, learning journeys, and planning are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that supports children’s individual development and promotes British values.
  • Safeguard children’s welfare, promptly addressing and escalating concerns as per safeguarding policies.
  • Ensure all paperwork, including registration forms, settling-in documents, and daily records, is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in maintaining high-quality environments that respect and support children’s diverse needs and stages of development.
  • Promote equality of opportunity and ensure that children with additional needs are fully supported, working collaboratively with external agencies when required.
