Your Role

As Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of your room, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Support and mentor your team, driving high-quality practice in line with EYFS
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
  • Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observe, assess and track children’s development to support their individual journeys

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years/Childcare (essential)
  • Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a Room Leader or senior role
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development
