We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a client with an Acquired Brain Injury. He lives alone and requires 24‑hour 1-1 support from staff. The role involves supporting day‑to‑day activities, medication administration and encouraging the client to stay active through walks, fishing, camping, baking and pet care.

What you’ll do

  • The role includes offering personal care, daily living support, medication administration and assisting the client with therapy and recreational activities to maintain independence and quality of life.

What you’ll need

  • You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience.
  • We provide full nurse‑led training.
  • Experience in care is advantageous.
