What you’ll do
This role involves active participation in daily care and clinical tasks, including providing support for epilepsy management and specialised cardiac care. You will help create a comforting environment by reducing feelings of anxiety, ensuring the individual always feels supported and engaged.
You’ll encourage learning and development by supporting their interests in school, play, and creative activities. Sharing stories about the world, your life, and your family is an important part of the role, as the individual enjoys hearing about and connecting through personal experiences and family photos.
Qualifications
You don’t need any social care experience to apply for this role. We’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
