Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among others. We support individuals of all ages in the community and their homes, including those with Spinal Cord injuries, Muscular Dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. Each day presents new challenges, and your work will make a positive impact on clients’ lives while you grow your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

No prior care experience is necessary; we value care, compassion, and resilience. Full nurse-led training will be provided.
