Personal Carer Opportunity – Supporting a Young Man with Spinal Injury
Are you a caring, positive, and motivated individual who wants to make a real difference in someone’s life? We are looking for a dedicated carer to support a young man who sustained a spinal injury following a car accident. He is working towards rebuilding his confidence and independence, and needs someone who can offer both practical assistance and emotional encouragement.
About the Role
You will provide support with daily activities of living, including:
- Personal care and mobility assistance
- Meal preparation and light domestic tasks
- Accompanying him to appointments or social activities
- Encouraging and supporting him to engage in hobbies and positive activities
- Promoting emotional wellbeing and helping maintain a positive outlook
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient
- Has a good sense of humour and an uplifting attitude
- Able to motivate and empower others
- Respectful of privacy and dignity at all times
- Experience supporting people with spinal injuries or low mood is desirable but not essential — the right attitude matters most!

Qualifications
