We are looking for experienced and compassionate nurses to support our client with complex care needs at his home in Burton Latimer. Our client has Motor Neurone Disease and lives with his wife and a small pet dog.
Responsibilities
- Tracheostomy care
- PEG for medication and feeding
- Ventilator management
- Moving and handling
- Suction and cough assist
- Catheter care
- Supporting daily routines
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin
- Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate
- Previous complex nurse experience
- Experience in PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, catheter care, bowel management and ventilator experience is essential
- Driver requirement: A driver is not essential for the role
