Make a difference to people's lives by enabling them to stay as independent as possible. Whether you're new to care or you're an experienced carer, we would be delighted to hear from you. We support a range of clients in their own homes across Leeds. You'll be working night shifts to provide person‑centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and comfort throughout the night.
Shift Patterns & Duties
- Part Time Weekdays and Weekends
- Personal care: assisting with toileting, dressing, showering, hair and nail care, and catheter care.
- Supporting daily exercises where needed.
- Light domestic tasks to maintain a clean, organised environment.
- Preparing simple meals/snacks according to clients' preferences.
- Responding to client needs overnight and respecting their space and privacy.
- Following care plans and instructions carefully.
- Caring, patient, and respectful of others.
- A good listener and communicator.
- Able to follow instructions, routines and procedures.
- Able to work independently but also as part of a wider care team.
- Physically fit and able to support clients with varying mobility.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to get to shifts across Leeds (including on weekends and bank holidays).
- Willing to undertake training and adapt to changing client needs.
- Being a driver or having access to your own vehicle is not essential, but it is an advantage.
