We work alongside the NHS to provide excellent hospital-to-community discharge as well as providing private care. Our service users have a broad range of physical and learning difficulties, complex health and behavioural issues.
The Role will involve:
- Supporting our clients with all aspects of personal care including washing, bathing and toileting, this will be for our male and female clients.
- Administering medication in a way appropriate for the client.
- Preparing meals for clients where necessary.
- Providing support with shopping and light domestic tasks.
- Providing companionship to all clients.
- More complex care is required with some clients e.g. cough assistant and peg feeding, however full training is given.
