Make a difference to people’s lives by enabling them to stay as independent as possible. Whether you are new to care or an experienced carer, we would be delighted to hear from you. We support a range of clients in their own homes across Leeds, providing person‑centered care that promotes dignity, independence and comfort throughout the night.
Shift Patterns / Hours
- Part‑time, weekdays and weekends
Location
- Leeds – various areas covered
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care: toileting, dressing, showering, hair and nail care, catheter care
- Supporting daily exercises where needed
- Light domestic tasks to maintain a clean, organised environment
- Preparing simple meals/snacks to clients’ preferences
- Responding to client needs overnight and respecting their space and privacy
- Following care plans and instructions carefully
What we’re looking for:
- Care‑giving qualities – caring, patient, respectful of others
- A good listener and communicator
- Able to follow instructions, routines and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider care team
- Physically fit and able to support clients with varying mobility
- Reliable and punctual, able to reach shifts across Leeds (including weekends and bank holidays)
- Willingness to undertake training and adapt to changing client needs
- Having a driver’s licence or vehicle access is an advantage but not essential
