About Complete Allied Health Care:
Complete Allied Health Care is a leading organisation that offers exceptional personalised allied health services to the local community. We are part of a growing multi-state network of allied health centres that incorporate Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Podiatry and Massage Therapy services within a friendly and collaborative environment.
The Role:
We are seeking part-time casual Administrators for our Auburn, Wentworthville, Chester Hill, Hurstville or Campbelltown locations. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting of patients and responding to their enquiries.
- Assist service providers with appointment bookings, payments processing, accounts billings/reconciliation/receivables/payables.
- Communication (face to face/phone/fax/email) with service providers, referrers and patients.
- Assist with ordering and storage of office, stationery and service provider stock and items.
- General centre facilities tidy up, basic dusting/vacuuming, use of washing machine/dryer/hanging of towels and emptying of bins.

- Own a vehicle and willing to travel within a 20 km radius from home.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and emails.
- Previous skills in using medical and allied health software.
- Previous experience in allied health or NDIS administration an advantage.
- Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities an advantage.
- Essential to have drivers licence and own vehicle.
